The Color Correction options provide simulations of different color devices such as a monitor or printing press. Xerox Automatic Color is the default setting and is the recommended setting for general image processing.

It was as simple as using the postscript driver that you recommended. We had installed the driver that came on the install disk (PCL6) so we didn't have color adjustment options. Now we can choose sRGB under Color Correction and it looks great.
"What we actually see on our monitor is not really what we get from the printer"each one of them using defferent color space, the monitor is RGB color Space and the printer is CMYK color space and the gamut " the number of the color that the device can produce " for each one is totally different .even for the same types of the devices " monitors ,TV's, printers ,scanners or digital cameras ,etc... " the device gamut is not the same. for that we consider these devises as a Devices dependent color which is mean that the output relate to the settings of the device on which the image was created or output
make sure to use a V3 driver not a V4V4 is a classic driver for windows 8 and above so dont use italso be sure to install the driver locally on the PC not to use a shared one on another PC\server that some times in some cases creating an issues
Stop printing, and then press and hold the Pause button for 3 seconds. Finally, select the correct ink cartridge in the printer driver according to the actual ink cartridge set on the printer. See Updating the printer driver information. If you want to continue printing, press the Pause button.

Make sure that paper cutter cover is set correctly. See Replacing the Paper Cutter.Make sure that the is selected as the Paper Source on the LCD. Press the Paper Source button if necessary. Then press and hold the Paper Source button for 3 seconds. The printer cuts the roll paper. Make sure that Normal Cut, Single Cut, or Double Cut is selected as the Auto Cut in the printer driver. For Windows, see Making the Auto Cut setting. For Mac OS X, see Auto Cut.Cut the roll paper by hand if necessary. Check that the paper thickness of the roll paper loaded in the printer matches the paper specification (see Paper). If so, the paper cutter may be blunt and require replacement. Before loading paper and guiding it through the paper insertion slot, adjust paper suction. You can adjust color settings in the Custom Settings dialog box of the Windows printer driver, or in the Effect dialog of the Mac OS X CUPS printer driver. Please note that this feature is available in the Windows printer driver and the Mac OS X CUPS printer driver, not available in the BR-Script3 printer drivers of Windows and Mac OS X.
Change User Interface under Scanner Options from Hide Scanner's Native Interface to Show Scanner's Native Interface. Show Scanner's Native Interface uses the same scanning method previous versions of Acrobat. It lets the scanner's driver operate the scanner. Hide Scanner's Native Interface attempts to use the twain driver directly. It can eliminate error messages, especially when you are scanning multiple pieces of paper. If none of these solutions work, then it's sometimes necessary to use a workaround. See solution 8 under General troubleshooting tasks, or contact your scanner manufacturer for an updated driver.
Acrobat supports Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) drivers. If your scanner supports both drivers, then select the WIA driver from the Device menu in the Create PDF From Scanner dialog box. Scan the document.
Contact the scanner manufacturer to obtain the latest driver. To reinstall the driver, delete all files and folders that begin with Twain (for example, "Twain_32.dll") in the Windows or Winnt folder. Then, restart Windows, and then install the latest scanner driver according to the manufacturer's instructions.
It is worth noting that a Fuji Xerox DocuPrint P265 dw is listed in About AirPrint - Apple Support as a model supporting the driverless AirPrint technology. This means that you should be able to use the printer without having to install drivers, if the printer and the computer are connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router). 2ff7e9595c
